About this role
Handle recruitment, onboarding and payroll support for our Negeri Sembilan operations. Around 180 staff across two sites.
You will be the first point of contact for most employee questions, so patience matters more than speed.
What you will do
- Run recruitment for site roles
- Onboard new staff
- Support monthly payroll
- Advise staff on policy questions
What we are looking for
- Diploma or degree in HR or related
- At least two years in HR operations
- Familiar with Malaysian employment law basics
- Able to handle confidential information
