About this role
Run the night shift at our Petaling Jaya warehouse: 12 staff, around 4,000 parcels a night, and a hard cut-off at 4am for the morning dispatch.
This is a hands-on role. You will be on the floor, not in an office.
What you will do
- Plan the night shift and allocate staff
- Monitor throughput against the dispatch cut-off
- Handle exceptions and damaged parcels
- Report shift performance each morning
What we are looking for
- At least three years in warehouse operations
- Experience supervising a team of ten or more
- Comfortable with a night shift
- Able to work under time pressure
