Do I need a resume to apply?
Usually not. Employers can ask for one, but most listings accept an application from your profile alone. If you want a resume, you can upload one or build one here.
Why can't I apply yet?
You need at least 40% profile completeness — name, phone number and location. That is the point where an employer has something useful to read. Your profile page shows what is still missing.
How do I know a posting is real?
Look for the verified badge. It means we have seen an SSM record matching the company's details. No badge does not automatically mean a scam, but it does mean nobody has checked.
Does it cost anything?
No. Candidates are never charged, and employers are not charged during this phase.
How do I delete my account?
Settings, then Delete account. You will need your password and to type DELETE to confirm. It takes effect immediately.
Someone asked me for money. What do I do?
Report the posting using the report link on the job page, and read our scam guide. Never send money, and never send a photo of your identity card before you have a written offer.
