Privacy policy

Account data: your email address, password (stored only as a hash, never in readable form), and the name, phone number and location you choose to add.

Profile and resume data: what you write in your profile and resume builder, and any file you upload.

Application data: which jobs you applied to, when, and the copy of your profile that was sent to that employer.

Usage data: which pages are visited and basic device information, used to keep the site working.

Your profile and resume are visible only to you, until you apply to a job. Applying sends a snapshot of your profile to that employer and nobody else.

Administrators can see account records when handling a report or a verification request. Every administrative action is written to an audit log, including which administrator did it.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Active accounts are kept until you delete them. Resumes you delete are removed from storage.

When you delete your account, your personal details are removed or replaced with anonymous values. Reports you filed and administrative records about your account are kept, because removing them would erase the evidence of how a decision was made.

Application snapshots already sent to an employer are redacted rather than deleted, so the employer's records stay consistent — but your name, phone and email are removed from them.

You can access, correct or delete your data from your account settings. Deleting your account is available in the product — you do not have to email support and wait.

If you want a copy of your data, contact us and we will provide it.

We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. It is marked httpOnly and is not readable by scripts on the page.

There is no advertising tracker on this site at this stage.
