About this role
We are looking for a senior barista to run the morning shift at our SS15 outlet. You will own dial-in, train two junior staff, and keep the bar running smoothly through the breakfast rush.
Our espresso programme changes seasonally, so you should be comfortable adjusting recipes rather than following a fixed card. Weekend availability is required; the rota is published two weeks ahead.
What you will do
- Open the bar and dial in before service
- Serve customers during peak hours
- Train and support junior baristas
- Manage milk and pastry stock during shift
What we are looking for
- At least two years behind an espresso machine
- Able to dial in and maintain a consistent shot
- Comfortable training junior staff
- Able to work weekends on a rotating rota
