About this role
Run the hot section at our Melaka restaurant. You will manage one commis and be responsible for consistency across the menu.
The menu is Peranakan, so familiarity with the cuisine is an advantage but not required.
What you will do
- Run the hot section during service
- Manage and train the commis
- Control food cost on your section
- Maintain hygiene standards
What we are looking for
- At least three years in a professional kitchen
- Experience running a section
- Able to work split shifts
- Comfortable in a high-volume service
